Yash Infosystems was specifically engaged to design, configure, and deploy a secure and interference-optimized wireless network infrastructure exclusively for the Meta Booth at AI Impact 2026.

The deployment was limited to Meta’s dedicated booth area and supported advanced demonstration devices including smartphones, smart glasses, wearables, and Orion devices.

The internet bandwidth was provided by the venue, Bharat Mandapam, and Yash Infosystems was responsible for complete network integration, wireless deployment, VLAN configuration, and performance optimization within the Meta Booth environment.

Meta required a highly secure and interference-controlled wireless network exclusively within their booth to support live demonstrations and connected devices.

The key requirements included:

• Dedicated wireless infrastructure for Meta Booth only
• Separate VLANs and SSIDs for different demo device categories
• Reliable and interference-free 2.4 GHz connectivity for Orion devices
• High-performance 5 GHz wireless network for general demo devices
• Secure authentication using WPA2 Enterprise / WPA2 PSK
• No splash page authentication
• Dedicated symmetrical bandwidth integration with failover readiness
• RF planning and channel optimization to avoid interference from surrounding expo networks

Solution

Yash Infosystems deployed a dedicated enterprise network infrastructure exclusively for the Meta Booth, including:

• Ruckus enterprise wireless access points
• Cisco enterprise switching infrastructure
• Wireless LAN controller configuration
• Dedicated VLAN and SSID provisioning
• Secure wireless authentication setup
• Integration with venue-provided internet bandwidth
• Bandwidth optimization and redundancy readiness

A dedicated 185 Mbps symmetrical bandwidth was integrated and optimized to ensure stable performance for Meta’s live demonstration systems.

Two separate SSIDs and VLANs were created exclusively for Meta Booth devices.

Demo-5G Network (5 GHz)

Orion-2.4G Network (2.4 GHz)

• Separate VLAN and SSID
• Dedicated clean channel to avoid interference
• No splash page authentication
• No static IP configuration on demo devices
